Biography

Position: Director, Multiplatform Communications and Special Projects

Matthew Greenberg is the director of multiplatform communications and special projects for the Office of University Branding. Before coming to George Mason in 2025, he worked as an executive producer at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he produced a wide variety of impactful videos for both internal and external audiences, including with the Elie Wiesel Foundation and AFTD.org. His work resulted in over $7 million in donations thanks to impactful narratives that drove engagement and supported organizational goals. At Ogilvy he led content strategy for B2B and B2C clients including BP, DuPont and Nationwide Insurance. Prior to that, his role at Gannett/USA TODAY included revamping the USA TODAY’s online health news section, tripling traffic to the site in 15 months.
